Supported Outside Programs

We have several programs for which we have created scripts to recognize during the data import. If you use any of the programs listed below, then you just need to save the export file to your computer to use in our import section. We guide you through the import process in the articles linked below.

Provided Import Templates

We provide ready-to-use import spreadsheet templates to make transferring your data into AFrame as smooth as possible. Each template is designed for a specific data type—contacts, transactions, task checklists, and managed agents—so you can easily organize and import your information in the correct format.

Managed Agents

Managed Agents are team members who cannot log in or make changes in the system, but they can be selected in dropdown menus and assigned to transactions. We provide an import spreadsheet template with all the managed agent profile fields for you to fill in your multiple agents’ information and import them all at once into your account. Transactions

Different software platforms store similar information in varying formats, so some manual cleanup is usually needed when transferring exported data. We provide an import spreadsheet template that includes columns for both transaction fields and the transaction’s client contact fields, allowing you to accurately import your exported data into AFrame. You can also include standalone contacts without transaction data in the same template. See the linked import articles below for instructions and the import template file.

If you’re coming from tcDocs, we have an import script that recognizes your exported transaction file, so you won’t need to manually transfer data into our import template. Follow the steps in the linked article below for guidance.

Contacts

In most programs, you can export your list of contacts into a spreadsheet file. We provide an import spreadsheet template with our compatible contact fields for you to transfer your contact data into for importing into AFrame. Task Templates

You can easily transfer your existing task templates with our import spreadsheet template. However, please note that email, date, and attachment templates will need to be manually created in AFrame.
