AFrame allows you to use the Email/Letter Templates to streamline communications. Depending on how you want to share the information, you can create template to pull the information directly into the body of the email or create a PDF.
You have two ways you can create an email from a template, this option will apply the template format directly within the body of the email.
On-The-Fly
- Open the transaction/contact detail page
- Use the + button in the top right → choose Create from template
- Select the wanted template
- Select the orange Create Email button
- Review/Edit the email
- Send (or schedule send)
Task Connection
- Change task type to Email
- Link template to task
- (After Task Template added to contact/transaction) Use navy Create button populated beside task
- Review/Edit the email
- Send(or schedule send)
- White Schedule/Send Button: send email only
- Orange Schedule/Send Button: send email and mark task complete
Letter (PDF)
On-The-Fly
- Open the transaction/contact detail page
- Use the + button in the top right → choose Create from template
- Select the wanted template
- Select the orange Create Letter button
- Review/Edit the PDF
- Use the Print, Attach to Email, or Email button.
- Print: Print/Save
- Attach to Email: attach PDF to a blank email
- Email: places info in the body of a blank email
Task Connection
- Change task type to Letter
- Link template to task
- (After Task Template added to contact/transaction) Use navy Create button populated beside task
- Review/Edit the PDF
- Use the Print, Attach to Email, or Email button.
- Print: Print/Save
- Attach to Email: attach PDF to a blank email
- Email: places info in the body of a blank email
