AFrame provides two different types of reports for your account: Summary and transaction reports. Summary reports for the account's users to include Year-To-Date (YTD) reports and sold reports. Transaction reports provide information on the specific transaction. In this article, we will breakdown what is included in each report and provide an example pdf of the report attached at the bottom of the article

User Summary Reports

The user summary reports can be found located under the analytics area. You can find an example of the following reports attached to this article.



Year-To-Date (YTD) Summary

The summary report will display the goal tracking and breakdown of each status to include: amount, sides, volume, gross commissions, and expenses. To generate a summary report, you need to choose the user (standard user or managed agent), select the report period, and specify the property types to be included in the report.


Sold Summary

The report will provide a detailed breakdown of all sold transactions by property type, property source, and commission summaries. To generate a summary report, you need to choose the user (standard user or managed agent), select the report period, and specify the property types to be included in the report.


Open in AFrame: Analytics > Summary Reports
