AFrame's analytics feature provides an overview of the account, including various summary options to gain valuable insights. The different summaries include: sales graph summaries, sales summary reports, referral summaries, prospecting stats, property maps, and pipeline summaries. In this article, we will break down each tab within the analytics area.

Graph Summary

The Graph Summary tab displays various graphing options based on the selected summary criteria. To customize the summary, you will need to set the following selections: the AFrame user or all users, time duration, and property types. Once you refresh the feed, the graphs below will automatically update based on the selections made. The graphs that will populate are:

  • Sales Volume By Month - bar graph
  • Gross Commission By Month- bar graph
  • Number (Sides) Sold By Month - line graph
  • Volume Sold By Source- bar graph
  • Sold Properties By Source- pie graph
  • Sold Properties By Type- pie graph



Summary Reports

The Summary Reports tab allows the creation of Year-To-Date (YTD) and sold reports for the AFrame account users.



  • Year-To-Date (YTD) Summary

The summary report will display the goal tracking and breakdown of each status to include: amount, sides, volume, gross commissions, and expenses. To generate a summary report, you need to choose the user (standard user or managed agent), select the report period, and specify the property types to be included in the report.



  • Sold Summary

The report will provide a detailed breakdown of all sold transactions by property type, property source, and commission summaries. To generate a summary report, you need to choose the user (standard user or managed agent), select the report period, and specify the property types to be included in the report.


Property Map

The Property Map tab displays pins on the map for the sold properties within your account. To customize the map, you will need to set the following selections: the AFrame user or all users, time duration, and property types. Once you refresh the feed, the map below will automatically update based on the selections made.



Referral Summary

The Referral Summary tab displays a breakdown of referrals logged in your account. To customize the data, you will need to set the following selections: the AFrame user or all users and the time duration. Once you refresh the feed, the data below will automatically update based on the selections made. The data will populate a bar graph of the referrals by month, a data list of the relationship ratings of the referral contacts, and a list of all referrers.



Prospecting Stats

The Prospecting Stats tab displays information regarding what prospecting activity has been done. To customize the data, you will need to set the following selections: the AFrame user or all users and the time duration. Once you refresh the feed, the data below will automatically update based on the selections made. The data will populate with the prospecting stats, the transaction statistics, and a graph showing the closed transactions and prospecting activity correlation.



Pipeline

The Pipeline tab displays an insight into where you are currently at with your business and estimates of potential numbers. The forecast includes totals from the "blue" stages (Cultivating, Looking, Listed). Probable GCl is the sum of these numbers weighted by the probability that they will close. Potential GCI is if every potential buyer & seller were to close. YTD Progress includes data from Under Contact + Sold Transactions and estimates "On Track For" numbers assuming you continue at the same rate until the end of the current year. These numbers are then compared to your goals.
