The transaction portal is a convenient way for your agents to keep tabs on their transactions and various information, such as important dates, files, contact information, tasks, and even statistics.

Introduction Videos

The video links below are videos on our YouTube account that you can send to your managed agent the first time they need to access their portal.

Portal Visibility

You can control what is included in each portal using the portal visibility buttons. To keep the visibility of each task, attachment, and date entry consistent in each transaction you will need to set the portal visibility in each template. The visibility of each item can be managed by the portal visibility buttons within the transaction at any time as well. You can also control which transaction statuses and participant role information are visible under the list settings.

Portal Access

The portal does not require a username and password for the agent's convenience. Instead, it uses a token system that requires the agent to log in only once on each device. Once they open their portal link they will have the choice to send their access token via email or text. They will not need to repeat this process unless they are using a new device.

To access their portal you will need to email the agent their portal link. You can send this portal link within an email template using the merge field code: $ManagedAgentPortalLink, under the managed agent user information page by selecting the Email Agent Portal Link button, or under the Misc tab of the transaction click the Email Portal Link option under the agent portal section.

When they are logging in for the first time and their name doesn't initially appear or is incorrect, then they can search for their account by entering their email.

Features

Dashboard

The dashboard is designed to provide quick and easy access to the agent's current business. There is a list of the agent's open transactions organized by statuses, the current pipeline, and even an "on-track-for" statistic.

Open Transactions

Once the agent clicks View Details on an open transaction, the agent will be taken to the transaction detail page. The agent will then view transaction highlights such as buyer/seller contact information, recent activities, transaction dates, open and completed tasks, contact information of other transaction participants, and file attachments that have been uploaded.

Recent

This tab will allow the agent to view what was completed in the last 7 days on their transactions and dates upcoming in the next 30 days.

Analytics

This tab is where the agent can review key details and statistics on their current business.

Closed Transactions

The agent will be able to have access to their closed transactions. Just like their open transactions, it will open the transaction detail page once they select a transaction in the list.

Settings

The settings section allows the agent to customize their experience. They can turn on/off their summary emails and transaction date reminders. There also is an option for the agent to subscribe to their own personal calendar feed, which includes dates for all the transactions that they are a part of.
