When using AFrame it can be very important to be able to easily search for specific contacts or transactions. Fortunately, we made this quite simple. By using any of our search functions, you can quickly narrow down your results based on things like contact name, transaction address, or even categories. In this guide, we will go over the different ways to search in AFrame.
Lookup Search Bar
The lookup search bar is located at the top in the blue banner of each page. You can utilize this bar by typing in a contact's name or transaction address which will then populate the search results below.
Preset Searches
Beside the lookup bar or within the advanced search page you can utilize the preset searches by selecting the lightning bolt icon. There is a list of common searches to pick from.
Saved Searches
When you frequently need to search for contact or transaction lists, saved searches can save you time.
Saving Searches
- Perform the search you want to save
- Click List Button
- Select Save Search
Managing Saved Searches
- Click My Account
- Click Saved Searches
- Select ... on the saved search you want to manage

Quick Search
The quick search area is located on the left hand side of the page. You can search for contacts or transactions. You will fill in the criteria you want to filter your results ranging from names, categories, contact owner, or even by agent. After entering your criteria, you will select transactions to search the transactions or contacts to search the contacts.
Advanced Search
In the advanced search, you have more selections of criteria to search.
Contact Search Fields
In the top section, you have all contact search fields. After entering your search criteria, you will scroll to the bottom past the transaction search fields and select the search contacts button to search within the contacts.
Transaction Search Fields
In the bottom section, you have all transaction search fields. After entering your search criteria, you will scroll to the bottom and select the search transactions button to search within the transactions.
