The email queue tab is a convenient tool that allows users to easily view and manage emails sent from within AFrame.
Emails View
With this view, users can select a date range & a standard user (or select all active users), which allows them to view all the emails that were sent and are scheduled to send. This eliminates the need to enter each transaction individually to find the emails.
Email Batches View
With this view, users can select a date range & a standard user (or select all active users), which allows them to view all the email batches done. You will see the results of each email batch, with indications of how many were delivered or if any errors were received.

Email Batch Troubleshooting
- The most common issue with emails failing to send is that you've reached your max daily SendGrid limit. If you have a free SendGrid account, you are limited to 100 emails daily. If you reach this limit, you should upgrade to a paid account.
- You can resend any failed emails by clicking the Error Result column, and selecting "Resend Failed Emails". This will place any failed emails back into the queue.
