Information Sidebar
You can use the available fields to input all the necessary details regarding the listing, property, HOA, and contract information. Furthermore, you have the flexibility to create your custom fields or collections of fields allowing you to personalize the information you want to view on each transaction. Each field has its own merge field code allowing you to pull data into email/letter templates.
Field Collections and Groups
Field collections and groups help keep your transaction information organized and easy to navigate. When working in a transaction, you only need to fill in the fields that apply to that transaction. You can toggle between your available field collections and collapse field groups as needed. AFrame remembers your collapsed groups for each transaction, so your preferred view stays in place. You can also manually colorize fields to make important information stand out at a glance.
