Clients can easily save their unique Portal link for quick access by bookmarking it in their browser or adding it to their phone’s home screen. This allows opening the portal in just a few taps.
Remember: The AFrame portal uses access token authentication for each new device. Once a device is verified, the portal opens directly—no username or password needed!

Device Home Screen Shortcut
The Portal will appear on your home screen like an app. Tapping it will open directly to your Portal in the browser.
Safari
- Open your unique Portal link in Safari.
- Tap the Share icon (square with the arrow pointing up).
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Rename if desired.
- Tap Add.
Chrome
- Open your unique Portal link in Chrome.
- Use actions menu – differs depending on your device type:
- Apple: use the Share icon in top right corner (square with the arrow pointing up)
- Android: use the Chrome Menu icon in top right corner (3 dots stacked vertically)
- Tap Add to Home screen. (Apple devices may need to select 'view more' to expand the list)
- Rename it if desired.
- Tap Add.
Browser Bookmark
You will need to open the browser directly and then select the saved bookmark to open the portal.
Safari
- Open your unique Portal link in Safari.
- Tap the Share icon (square with the arrow pointing up).
- Scroll down and tap Add to Bookmarks.
- Edit Bookmark Location if desired.
Chrome
- Open your unique Portal link in Chrome.
- Use actions menu – differs depending on your device type:
- Apple: use the Share icon in top right corner (square with the arrow pointing up)
- Android: use the Chrome Menu icon in top right corner (3 dots stacked vertically)
- Tap Add to Bookmarks or Bookmarks (Apple devices may need to select 'view more' to expand the list)

Note: The AFrame Mobile App is not used for portal access. It's only for direct AFrame account holders to access their accounts.
