By default, AFrame emails don’t have a set font, size, or color—what you see in the editor is just the editor’s default. Recipients will see the email in their own default settings, which may look different.

You can apply formatting, but we recommend keeping most of the email unformatted. Pasting content or manually changing fonts can cause mismatched text for recipients. You can safely format small sections, like headings or key points, with color or emphasis without affecting overall consistency.

Pasted Content Cleanup

When pasting content into the editor, it’s important to remove both visible formatting and hidden background tags. Using our clear formatting buttons will strip out font sizes, styles like bold, italics, underline, colors, and any unsupported HTML that could cause display issues. Starting with clean text ensures your email displays consistently for all recipients.

Pasting Full Template

When pasting a full template from an outside source, we recommend clicking the Remove Formatting button above the editor to clear all existing formatting to entire editor contents before making edits.

Pasting Snippets

When pasting a small section of content from an outside source, highlight the pasted text and use the Clear Formatting button to remove formatting from only that selection.
