The Client Portal settings allow you to control exactly what your clients see when they log in to track their transaction progress. You can toggle visibility for team members, showing activity, and branding.
Features

Open in AFrame: Admin → Client Portal
Show/Hide User Info
Choose whether to display the Primary Agent, Co-Agent, or TC/Assistant contacts. Or you can remove the user role names from the contacts assigned in those roles.
Show/Hide Activity Info
Choose whether to display the Showing Chart and details like the Showing Agent’s name or company.
Company Info/Logo
Decide if you want to display the AFrame account's uploaded logo or use the Independent TC Format (which prioritizes the Primary Agent's branding instead).
Showing Import Settings
Enable Auto-Publish to ensure imported showing data is visible to your clients immediately without manual approval.
