Turning On Summary Emails

You can opt in for daily and/or weekly summary emails for standard users and managed agents.

Pro Tip: The tasks and dates included in the summary emails are the ones with the agent portal visibility turned on. This allows you to keep certain tasks and dates completely hidden, if they are meant for your eyes only.

Daily Summary Emails

Every morning, a summary will be sent to the email associated with the users who have opted in for daily summary emails. An example of a daily summary email is included at the end of this article.


Includes:

  • Touch Dates (Next 3 Days/Lead Time Set in Admin Settings)
  • Overall Tasks Completed (Past 3 Days)
  • Each Transaction Breakdown:
    • Dates (Next 7 Days)
    • Tasks Completed (Past 3 Days)



Weekly Summary Emails

Every Sunday morning, a summary will be sent to the email associated with the users who have opted in for daily summary emails. An example of a weekly summary email is included at the end of this article.

  • Transaction Stats Chart
  • Overall Dates (Next 7 Days)
  • Touch Dates (Next 7 Days)
  • Overall Tasks Completed (Past 7 Days)
