View all of your important AFrame dates in your calendar by setting up a linked calendar with AFrame. Follow below for step-by-step instructions.


Standard Users


TIP: If you have set up an email integration, then a calendar is already setup for you. You most likely do not need to make use of the manual Calendar Feed option.


  1. Go to your email & calendar integration settings.

  2. Click the Subscribe To Calendar Feed button.

  3. Select the calendar host you want to use & follow the prompts. If your host is not listed, then you can copy the calendar feed to manually subscribe within your calendar host.

Managed Agents


Standard User Providing Info To Managed Agent

  1. Go to Admin > Team Members > Managed Agents

  2. Open the Managed Agent you need

  3. Provide information to the agent for their setup in their calendar one of the ways below:
    • Copy to provide the Calendar Feed URL for them to subscribe to the calendar feed in their calendar.
    • Select the "Email Calendar Feed Instructions" button to send the email to the agent's email. They will follow the instructions per their calendar host.



Managed Agent Accessing Themself From Managed Agent Portal

  1. They will open their Managed Agent Portal

  2. Click "Settings"

  3. Click the "Calendar Feed Instructions" button to then follow the instructions per their calendar host option.
