AFrame allows you to customize many areas of your account. The admin area is where most of the customization settings reside from managing users, templates, billing, etc. Below is a glimpse of where you can set up your account's information and default settings.



Contact Information

You can input your team account's name, address, number, website, logo, commission settings, team goals & default time zone. This info can be shown on the portals depending on how you set up the portal settings.

Commissions

  • Commissions Payable To Names: You can set your account payable to names & use their connected merge field codes within your email/letter templates.
    • Broker Commission Payable To Merge Field Code = $BrokerPayable
    • Team Commission Payable To Merge Field Code = $TeamLeadPayable

  • Team Splits:Setting up your default team split enables users to apply the preset team lead split with the commission calculator in the payout tab of the transaction.

  • Team Goals: You can enter in the team goals the number of transactions and/or volume for the year for the entire team account. You can check the statistics of the team & your personal standings at the bottom of the dashboard.

Transaction Settings

Defaults

  • Portal Visibility: Here you can control the agent & buyer/seller portals' default settings. You can set the default for activities, emails, tasks, attachments, and dates.

  • Transaction Attachment Folders: These folders will be auto-created under the Attachments Tab when creating a new transaction.



Field Settings

  • Override "Effective Date" Field Name: You can set the name to another default term, such as: Mutal Acceptance Date.



Reminders & Date Format

  • Reminder Lead Time: You can set when you want to be reminded of important Contract dates, such as: Birthdays and Anniversaries.

  • Merge Field Code Date Format: Sets the date format when merging date fields into an Email/Letter template.
