Keeping track of your subscription billing can help you stay on top of your expenses. Whether you need to change your payment method or view your billing history, it's important to know where to go and what to do. In this article, we will go over where to find the billing information & how to update your account.
Managing Billing
The owner, power users, & select users given billing permissions will be able to access your billing page under the admin settings. Here you can view your current charges, update billing information, cancel subscription, and view past invoices.
NOTE: Each Standard User is billable per user per month.
Open in AFrame: Admin > Billing
Current Monthly Plan
You can view your current monthly charges for your account in the right side box. Another place you will see this listed is under the team members tab.
Past Invoices
You can view your past invoices by selecting the View Past Invoices button.
Updating Billing Information
You can update your card information and billing email by selecting the Update Billing Information button.
Canceling Subscription
You can cancel your subscription by selecting the Cancel Subscription button. Cancelling mid-billing period won’t cut off your access—you’ll continue to have access until your current paid period ends.
