Whether you need to change your payment method or view your billing history, it's important to know where to go and what to do. In this article, we will go over where to find the billing information & how to update your account.

Pricing

AFrame’s pricing is based only on your billable standard users, while managed agent profiles are always free. Your monthly cost adjusts automatically according to the number of standard users on your account, ensuring flexible and predictable pricing as your team grows.

Example Monthly Billing of 12 Users
($54 x 5 users) + ($34 x 5 users) + ($24 x 2 users)

Note: Standard users can log in to manage data, so they are billable. Managed agent profiles cannot log in, so they are free.



Managing Billing

The owner, power users, & select users given billing permissions will be able to access your billing page under the admin settings. Here you can view your current charges, update billing information, cancel your subscription, and view past invoices.




Open in AFrame: Admin > Billing


Current Monthly Plan

You can view your current monthly charges for your account in the right side box. Another place you will see this listed is under the team members tab.


Past Invoices

You can view your past invoices by selecting the View Past Invoices button.


Updating Billing Information

You can update your card information and billing email by selecting the Update Billing Information button.


Canceling Subscription

You can cancel your subscription by selecting the Cancel Subscription button. Cancelling mid-billing period won’t cut off your access—you’ll continue to have access until your current paid period ends.
