The Billing page is where you manage your subscription, billing details, invoices, payment methods, and cancellation settings.

Pricing
AFrame’s pricing is based only on your billable standard users, while managed agent profiles are always free. Your monthly cost adjusts automatically according to the number of standard users on your account, ensuring flexible and predictable pricing as your team grows.

Note: Standard Users can log in to manage data, so they are billable. Managed Agent Profiles cannot log in, so they are free.

Managing Billing
The owner, power users, & select users given billing permissions will be able to access your billing page under the admin settings. Here you can view your upcoming charges, update billing information, cancel your subscription, and view past invoices.

Open in AFrame: Admin → Billing
Current Monthly Plan
You can view your upcoming monthly charge for your account in the top box.
Past Invoices
You can view your past invoices by selecting the View Past Invoices button.
Updating Billing Information
You can update your card information and billing email by selecting the Update Billing Information button.
Canceling Subscription
You can cancel your subscription by selecting the Cancel Subscription button.
- Access: Your account remains fully active through the end of your current billing period.
- Reactivation: Log in to your account, and you'll be directed to update your billing details to start your subscription again.
- Data Retention Policy: Account data is guaranteed to be retained for at least 60 days and may be stored for up to 12 months, subject to available server capacity.
