Auto import all showings, showing agent information, and buyer feedback from your Showing Time account. All showing & feedback information will appear under the Notes/Activities Tab for each Transaction. Use the instructions below to set up your ShowingTime account so that showing requests and feedback are emailed to your AFrame account.
If you do not use ShowingTime, you can also import data from your Supra Account. You can read about it here, Supra: Import Showing Data.
Add AFrame/ShowingTime Email To ShowingTime
Add your AFrame/ShowingTime Email to set up the integration. This will enable ShowingTime to email your AFrame account the showing requests and feedback.
- Login to your ShowingTime Account & click Edit Profile.
Application Link: ShowingTime Account - Copy your AFrame/ShowingTime Email from your AFrame Account.
Application Link: My Account > Integrations > Showing Imports - Add your copied "AFrame/ShowingTime email" to the email field using a comma with no spaces & click Save Changes.
Verify ShowingTime Listing Settings
In order for AFrame to receive ShowingTime information, you must enable email notifications for each ShowingTime listing.
Input MLS IDs for all Transactions
Make sure all of your AFrame Transactions have the MLS ID correctly set under the Information sidebar and Transaction Info collection.
