Auto-import all showings, showing agent information, and buyer feedback from your Showing Time account. All showing & feedback information will appear under the Notes/Activities Tab for each Transaction. Use the instructions below to set up your ShowingTime account so that showing requests and feedback are emailed to your AFrame account.

ShowingTime Profile Requirement

Add our provided AFrame/ShowingTime email address into your ShowingTime profile. This allows ShowingTime to send showing requests and feedback directly into your AFrame account. Follow the steps below:


  1. Log in to your ShowingTime Account & click Edit Profile.



  2. Copy your provided AFrame/ShowingTime Email from your AFrame Account.

    View in AFrame: My Profile > Integrations > Showing Imports


  3. Paste the "AFrame/ShowingTime Email" to the email field & click Save Changes. If you need to add it in addition to another email, use a comma with no spaces before pasting the email.


ShowingTime Listing Setting Requirement 

In order for AFrame to receive showing information, you must enable the profile's email notifications for each ShowingTime listing. If this is not turned on, AFrame cannot receive the email alerts for each listing.



AFrame Transaction Requirement

Each AFrame transaction needs the correct MLS ID entered in AFrame's MLS ID field in the information sidebar. This is needed for AFrame to find the exact transaction in your Team Account when any showing information is received.
