Isolation Mode can be set in the permissions of standard users, which limits their access so they only see transactions they’re assigned to (Primary Agent, Co-Agent, TC1, or TC2) and contacts they are the owner of. 


Note: The logged-in user who creates the contact is set as the default owner. Add any isolated users as owners on contacts they need access to for adding to transactions.


Tip: Due to isolation user's limitated contact access, we recommend regularly checking for contact duplicates created in your account. You can learn how to merge duplicate contacts HERE
