If you’re new to Zapier, it’s a tool that automates workflows by connecting different apps and services—no coding needed. With Zapier, you can send data into AFrame (as a Contact or Transaction) from any app Zapier supports. You can also set up triggers to push data out of AFrame to keep your systems in sync. This article will walk you through how to create your own Zaps and start automating your workflow.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Data In (Actions)

You can automate sending data into AFrame from other apps you already use by setting up what’s called an Action in Zapier. This allows you to automatically create a new contact or new transaction in AFrame whenever a trigger occurs—like capturing a new lead from a form, CRM, or any other supported app. Actions help streamline your workflow and cut down on manual data entry.

  2. New Transaction

Looking to automate your intake process? Take a look at our Zapier :: Intake Form Setup article—it walks you through how to connect a form to AFrame and automatically create a new contact or transaction.

Data Out (Triggers)

You can also automate sending data out of AFrame using what’s called a Trigger in Zapier. When certain actions happen in your AFrame account—like a contact or transaction being created, updated, or deleted—Zapier can automatically kick off a connected workflow. (See the full list of supported triggers below.) Triggers help keep everyone in the loop and reduce manual steps across your workflow.

Troubleshooting

If you’re running into issues with your Zap, we recommend starting with our Zapier Troubleshooting Article for helpful tips and common fixes. Please keep in mind that while we can assist with troubleshooting the data coming into or going out of AFrame, our support for third-party apps you’re connecting to is very limited.
