During the transaction, you have the capability to input the commission breakdown for the transaction. In this article, it will break down the different options and capabilities you have within this tab.
Actual Gross Payout
To close the transaction there will need to be an actual gross payout filled in for the transaction. When creating the under contract transaction, if you enter the commission percentage then AFrame will calculate the estimated gross payout by using the contract price and commission percentage. If the actual gross payout is less than the estimated amount, then you can manually change the amount.
Commission Breakdown
The commission breakdown is an optional tool to help assist in notating how the commission is broken down.
Commission Calculator
The commission calculator is an optional tool that can be used to assist in the commission breakdown section. You can fill in the amounts each person will receive, while the remaining balance will notify you if the total commission has been accounted for.
